Status helps you qualify a lead into a customer. Change the customers' status by following the below steps:
Go to any one of the collections, choose any contact and click on status. Change the status accordingly.
If the default doesn't fulfil your requirements, customize a new status according to your needs. Click on customize under the status section and Add your status in the options section; click on Save. Next, click on Save in the upper right corner of the customize page.
