Call summary
You get a call summary of a particular team member or the whole team, it includes Total calls, successful calls, Failed calls, Calls that have not been answered, Total duration of the call, and the average duration of the call.
To get the call summary click on More, go to Reports then click on Call summary and you will have the call summary of the whole team. If you want to review calls for any particular member then uncheck the boxes of other members and there you have it.
Call Recording
The other way you can review calls is having the call recording, this is a default in Salescamp, if you are calling any leads through Salescamp your calls will be recorded.
